Col Baljinder Singh Sahi

Col Baljinder Singh Sahi is an accomplished defence professional with extensive experience in military leadership, civil engineering, administration and officer selection. A Civil Engineering graduate, he holds an M.Tech in Quality Management Systems and an MBA in Hospital Administration.

A significant highlight of his career was serving as a Psychologist at the Officers Selection Centre, Allahabad, where he assessed aspiring officers for the qualities and personality traits required for a career in the Indian Army. This experience gives him valuable insight into the psychological assessment and development of future defence aspirants, helping them understand the qualities expected of a commissioned officer.

Having also served with the Military Engineer Services, Border Roads Organisation and Assam Rifles, and as Director of Maintenance at Amity University, he brings a wealth of practical experience, discipline and leadership to the grooming of young defence aspirants.
