After spending 25 years in the field of education and listening to thousands of youngsters during these years, I feel they need more of informal classrooms than those formal classrooms where they only focus on subject curriculum. Yesterday I was interacting with the NCC cadets of Miranda house (one of the most prestigious colleges of Delhi University) and these are my observations. Schools and colleges should provide more of interactive sessions with people from different fields so that students can kill their doubts about various career options. Teachers should guide their students regarding balance between studies and other activities (sports and hobbies) so that they grow as a more confident person rather than a good student.
St Theresa school kathgodam

As a part of our social responsibility, we have been organising counseling sessions with interested schools and colleges from different parts of the country. Yesterday got the opportunity to motivate the class XI and XII students of St Theresa school kathgodam. Interacting with these enthusiastic kids and guiding them in shaping their future is the best way to contribute towards the growth of our nation.
SSB capsule program organised for RMS Belgaum

As our responsibility towards our Alma Mater, Georgians defence academy for professional studies conducted a two day SSB capsule program for class XI and XII students of RMS Belgaum. Our objective has been to increase the intake of RMS boys in NDA and in last 7 years we have been able to help more than 200 georgians join armed forces and live their dream. We have assured our 100% support for any contribution towards improving the results of NDA written and SSB.

It always a great experience interacting with these youngsters who are full of energy and curiosity. Helping them in shaping their career and bringing clarity in the goal is our objective. Sainik school Rewari

Conducted an interactive session with the board students of Sainik school Rewari. Discussed the reasons behind the poor NDA results and areas they have work upon. Motivated them to set a legacy for their juniors so that they get inspiration from their seniors. Hope to work with the school in long run.

Successfully completed a six day SSB capsule program for the NCC cadets of 3 haryana girls battalion Hisar. It was a great experience for us, handling a batch of 90 young cadets full of energy. We are sure their efforts and our experience is going to give the fruitful result.Thanks to Col D S Mallik sir who has shown tremendous faith in us and given us the opportunity to train these cadets

Georgians defence academy for professional studies conducted a counseling session at jawahar navodaya vidyalaya farrukhnagar, haryana. It was a great interaction with the class XI and XIi students.After working with the students of JNV kajra, we realised that JNV students have great potentials but they need someone to show them the way forward and make them believe in their capabilities. A few more JNV sessions are in pipeline.
APS pithoragarh

Conducted an orientation programme for the students of class X, XI and XII of Gen B C joshi APS pithoragarh. Focus was on strategy to prepare for NDA written exam and how to groom yourself from SSB prospective. We will be conducting a 15 days online capsule course for NDA II 2021 and both the institution will work together to prepare the candidates for NDA.

It's Our third consecutive year with RMS Dholpur and the efforts are visible in terms of the transformation in the approach of the students.
