Hello everyone, I am Anuradha Yadav from West Bengal. I did my engineering from B P Poddar Institute of Management and Technology. At college, I was into extra-curricular activities such as organizing events and managing teams. I have always been a very outspoken person. My father always wanted me to become a Civil Service Officer, but I had no clarity as to how to make my way through. Therefore, I wasn’t keen on pursuing it then. I belong to a civilian background and the exposure to defence came later in my life when I was in my 3rd year of college. I saw a lot of my classmates preparing for the defence exams. I still look back to the day when I decided to join forces and surprisingly, my parents even agreed to my decision. I appeared for CDS AFCAT exam in final year of my college, but I was unable to clear it. After completing my graduation, I started working for BYJU’S Ltd. in Bangalore and later resigned from the post due to lack of work life balance.

Then I appeared for INET 2020 in February and somehow, I was able to crack the written exam.

Meanwhile, I also appeared for AFSB GANDHINAGAR on 12th October 2020 where I got screened out.

It was then I decided to come to Delhi and join Georgians Defence Academy for Professional Studies and to figure out what went wrong in my first attempt.

I got the individual attention that I was looking for. The psyche classes helped a lot in understanding the actual process of the test.

The daily practice of PPDT/GD/LECTURETTE boosted up my confidence. Most importantly there were 3 rounds of mock interviews taken up by Deepak sir, Kunwar Pratap Sir and Parvinder Sir that helped me a lot.

I actually understood where I need to put more focus and I worked on it sincerely. I attended my INET SSB on 04th Nov, at Bhopal.

I got recommended for it and I cleared the medical round for the same. Currently l am waiting for the merit list to be out and hoping to join academy very soon.
