Hello everyone,
I am Cadet Nishant Kumar Yadav. I feel Honoured to be part of family of GEORGIANS and got quality education from RASHTRIYA MILITARY SCHOOL, BELGAUM. The day (2 July 2012) I joined this prestigious Institute my mind, body & personality were being moulded into a CADET from a BOY from class 6th onwards. Nowadays every defence aspirant knows about the procedure so I will not be talking about what happens in 5 days but I will share something which I didn't work upon when my school was providing every single facility for free and it was communication skills which I didn't worked upon, Rather than this I was good at everything...I was always inclined towards sports and other activities but never went on stage for giving lectures or extempore.... and for an SSB aspirant speaking fluently in English is appreciable. In senior classes it always used to pin point me. but I could never gather that courage to go on stage and give lecture in English. (For the cadets who are currently studying in Sainik, military, Navodaya schools... I would like to say that still time is left, better not to waste it. Improve as much as you can. take all Benefits from respective schools and mould yourself in an Allrounder. Create memories and enjoy as much as you can but don’t forget to be jack of all trades.)

After Passing out of school (2 April 2019) my 1st short term aim was to improve my communication skills but was not getting the correct guidance under which, I could improve.

I joined DU and the 1st thought that came to my mind was that Neither this college is made 4 me nor I’m made 4 it... And I wanted back that military life which I became a part of in 2012.

Then I decided to join GEORGIANS ACADEMY FOR PROFESSIONAL STUDIES, there I practiced for NDA 144 written examination and afterwards learned how to deliver a good lecture on any topic and got a home like environment for improving myself... At GEORGIANS ACADEMY FOR PROFESSIONAL STUDIES every single day you are trained not coached. Believe me guys if you are not able to see improvement in yourself, I would refer you GEORGIANS ACADEMY FOR PROFESSIONAL STUDIES. I can bet that for PYSCHOLOGY TEST, INTERVIEW and GROUP TEST you will be thoroughly trained and the only thing you need to do is just improve day by day according to the instructions and get rid of your grey areas Believe in yourself and remember the 1st and foremost line I have written.

I would ask every one of you who are reading it please know yourself thoroughly and ask yourself whether u want to don the UNIFORM Or not and if the voice emerged from inside is YES. Don't stop working for it whatever may be situation. Come out of your comfort zone. Time doesn't stop. Sometimes it happens that we have it in us but without the proper environment we are not able to show our result. In such times we require that environment to prepare Our self. You are the only one who knows your inner soul best. You will be confident also after improving yourself And if you are not able to find your strength and weakness than buddy you need to push yourself a lot... And to some extent your friends, mentors, seniors, parents can help you in knowing what kind of person you are like. But ultimately, it's you and only you who will have to work upon. Psychology is not developed by practice of one month... But it's a complete power set of how you have been observing things around you, how you are grown up, your parenting, the way you think, the way you live, how you see yourself in this society and many more. But certainly, it can be made better by improving way of thinking. So always ask your inner soul whenever you get a bit confused one voice will emerge which will lead you to the right path.

For interview, I would like to suggest that, don’t copy questions from any site rather than that. Fill your PIQ form, sit, analyse and write all questions (question regarding every single word written in PIQ...for e. g. - regarding population of place...write all information from Census.) which an unknown person can ask you after going through your PIQ.

Next step is... Keep your PIQ aside and close your eyes in a peaceful place and then again write all questions which any unknown person can ask you according to your personality and remember you are the only one who knows your personality best... So, don't cheat Yourself. Write whatever comes to your mind and then prepare all ans. Of above questions. (SSB is not a test like other exams so don’t write answers. like u write in boards, preparing in points will help much)

For group task, it’s just like other team sports and you have to play with full team spirit. (don't forget you are a part of team and every member of team is important) & your common sense is required and group dynamics plays very important part... Like an extrovert or open-minded fellow will be above the edge of Others. Better be a good sportsman.

And most important be a good person at heart दिल से अच्छा बनों because Indian armed forces are of high morale, honour and integrated moral values.
