From IIT Aspirant to Army Officer: My Journey to TES-53 Recommendation

Hi Friends! I’m Ayush Mishra — and I’m thrilled to share a dream come true! 💫 I’ve been recommended for the Indian Army through the TES-53 Entry, and I couldn’t be more proud to wear the olive green someday! 🫡🎯 From IIT Aspirant to Army Officer Aspirant — my journey began like many others — preparing rigorously for the IIT entrance exams. But one SSB attempt changed everything. The discipline, values, and spirit of the Armed Forces stirred something deep inside me — a fire I couldn't ignore. That moment revealed my true calling: to serve the nation in uniform. 🇮🇳🛡️

The road wasn’t easy — but worth every step. In the past two years, I faced 4 SSB attempts — two for NDA (153 & 154) and two for TES — and was conferenced out in all. Each setback only sharpened my resolve. Finally, TES-53 brought the breakthrough. And when that recommendation came... it was one of the most fulfilling moments of my life. 🏆🏫 A huge shoutout to Georgians Defence Academy & KP Sir 🙏 — Back in August 2023, I joined Georgians Defence Academy, where KP Sir looked me in the eye and said, “You have what it takes to crack the SSB.” His belief in me never wavered. His personalized mentorship, sharp insights, and constant motivation helped me improve in every area — from PPDT, GDs, Lecturette, to Psych & Interview rounds. 💬🧠💪

The journey was tough, but the dream was tougher.
