Hi friends,

I am Harsh Shete from RIMC Dehradun. I am thrilled to share my success story of getting recommended for 152 NDA. My journey began in Hupari, Kolhapur, where I grew up with a passion for serving my country. My parents always supported me in my dream and My elder brother joining Sainik school was first step in this direction. He became a role model for me. He recommended me to prepare for RIMC. Under the guidance of my parents, Teachers and my elder brother I was able to clear my AFMC exam. It was one of the happiest moments for me and my Family members. The environment of RIMC helped me to groom my personality and I groomed myself not only in Academics but also in Sports and CCA activities. The life of RIMC made my determination for Armed forces stronger. My elder brother who was able to join NDA used to share his experience of NDA during vacations and on Phone calls. The rigorous training and education I received in RIMC, helped me build a strong foundation for Defence forces.

However, I knew that cracking the NDA exam required more hard work. I made proper plan and started preparing for NDA written exam and was able to clear my NDA written. Then came preparation for SSB. That's when I joined Georgians Defence Academy to get some SSB environment, where I received guidance from experienced mentors like KP sir. He paid personal attention to my preparation, helping me identify my strengths and weaknesses. I was able to get clarity regarding My approach in Psychology, did a lot of practice of PPDT, GD and Lecturate. Mock interview practice at Academy helped me a lot in handling the IO at SSB centre.

With their support and my own relentless efforts, I was able to crack the exam and get recommended for 152 NDA with the rank of AIR 132. I am forever grateful to my family and mentors specially at Georgians Defence Academy who believed in me and pushed me to achieve my dreams.
