Moonshot Project for Brain Co-Processor by IISc Bengaluru and Pratiksha Trust
The Indian Institute of Science in collaboration with Pratiksha Trust launched a Moonshot Project aimed at developing a brain co-processor. The initiative seeks to advance brain–computer interface technologies that could assist patients with neurological disorders, paralysis, or cognitive impairments. The project focuses on integrating artificial intelligence, neuroscience, and biomedical engineering to enable direct interaction between the human brain and external computational systems.
