In a major cricket law revision, the MCC has banned the controversial “bunny hop” catch at the boundary.
📜 Under the updated Law 19.5.2, fielders must now:
✅ Jump from inside the boundary
✅ Touch the ball only once after jumping from outside
✅ Land inside the field of play
❌ Or it’s declared a boundary!
📅 The rule kicks in from June 17 for all ICC matches.
